Heart & Soul Thai Massage – Service Policy
1. Professional Massage Only
We provide therapeutic massage services only. We strictly do not offer any sexual services. For hygiene and comfort, clients are required to wear underwear during all treatments.
If you do not have underwear, please inform our staff — we provide disposable underwear for your convenience.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to your booking time.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged the full treatment price, as we reserve the therapist's time exclusively for you.
3. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients' bookings.
However, the full treatment fee will still apply, as your appointment time has been reserved.
4. No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment (no show) will be charged the full treatment price.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your massage, please inform us within the first 15 minutes of your treatment.
You may request a refund within this time frame.
After 15 minutes, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
6. Health Conditions
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please inform your therapist before the treatment begins. This ensures your safety and allows us to provide the most appropriate care.
